Oceans Four is designed by the combination of the local leading architect Pomorskie Biuro Projektowe GEL and the famous Belgian office Conix Architects.
Pomorskie Biuro Projektowe GEL (www.gel.pl), founded in 1987, is a team of 25 creative people with very good knowledge of Tri-City architecture and a desire for creating a new image of the city.

Conix Architects was founded in 1979 by Christine Conix, the architectural practice consists of a team of about 65 creative individuals, located in offices in Antwerp and Brussels. The architectural firm recently gained public attention because of its renovation and extension of the Atomium in Brussels (2005) and its office renovation for Bank J. Van Breda & Co. in Antwerp (2007).
Conix Architects consciously decided not to specialize: every project offers its own challenges.
Its portfolio includes residential projects, office buildings, schools, cultural projects, commercial buildings, industrial projects, interior design and renovations.

Short description Oceans Four development:
Architects were inspired by existing elements of the surrounding, thus creating a mixture between neighborhood apartments, the green protected area and the sea.
The basic idea was creating through the concept of a wave, visible differentiation between 4 towers with the same height.
Therefore two different structures are used that vary on each tower. The lower parts is based on the shape of a rectangle, with external asymmetric balconies, whereas the highest floors contain perimeter balconies that give spectacular views.
In order to avoid the effect of mass wall, we use Chameleon panels on the visible façade from the main street. Their color varies together with point of observation.
