MISTRAL Finishing

In the Oceans Four project, you receive the Mistral finishing standard included in the price. A wide selection of finishing materials allows for impressive and unique solutions. The only thing you need to do is choose materials from the calatogue - the next step is to receive the keys of a finished apartment.

The Mistral finishing standard encompasses:

Internal doors.
Double paintings of all apartment walls.
Laying floor panels in the rooms and the corridor and finishing with PVC skirting boards.
Finishing of the kitchen. Laying tiles on the floor together with a 7cm tile baseboard. Laying a strip of tiles on the wall.
Finishing of the bathroom. Laying tiles on walls up to a height of 220 cm, on the floor and the bathtub casing. Installation of the sink, toilet and bathtub together with the fittings.
